“Ordered 5 different flavours. All were good. I personally prefer having my Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake with less water than i recommended. My main issue is with not getting any measurement tool to measure the 173 (what's with the odd number?) grams I need per meal.”
“To me Strawberry tasted the best out of Banana, Vanilla and Strawberry.
Highly advised to leave it in the fridge for a few hours to smooth out the texture. Otherwise it's quite 'chalky'.
My main issue is that it gave me crazy gas for about 1.5 weeks. So you definitely have to go through that phase. It seems to have calmed down now fortunately.
Perhaps it would be better to start with one meal a day and build it up over time.

“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is simply amazing. I ordered it before starting a crazy busy month at work to make sure I wouldn't spend tons of money on crap food and still be hungry. For less than £2 per meal I get a pleasant full feeling and don't think about real food until I get home and share a real dinner with my partner. I love having it for breakfast and lunch and I make it really thick with cold water straight from the fridge - the texture is so much better this way! I love adding some fruit in it, like half banana with a hint of cinnamon in the chocolate shake or some raspberries or blueberries in the strawberry/vanilla and I also love mixing the flavours between them - half banana half chocolate is great. I freaking love Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake!”
“10 days in to 100% Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and I'm sleeping better, losing weight, have more energy and feel free from the chains of controlling my eating. Hunger was an issue for a day or two but my body quickly adjusted. The flavours are all delicious too, admittedly chocolate isn't like biting into a candy bar but it's good if you're into raw cocoa powder type flavouring! So much better than the DIY stint I had about 2 years ago. Shut up and take my money.”
