“I made a large order of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake about 2 weeks ago. It was shipped out the next day, but USA Customs held and refused the delivery for some strange reason, even though they have a permit to import Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. The staff at Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake happily sent out a second shipment at no charge and it made it here perfectly fine this time. The ease of working with them on this rare issue was way above par for customer service and I'm excited to order from them again someday!”

“I have been taking your product for a little while and I love it. I feel healthier, I have more time at work, and it's cheaper than the terrible takeaways I was eating.
The one suggestion I would say is to pre-separate per meal instead of per day. Many people don't just eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (I only have it for 2 out of 3 meals) and it's a messy process to use the cup to dig around inside the bag.
Make the process of measuring up and filling the shaker easier with the same ingenuity and creativity you use on the graphic design and you'll have an even better product.”
