I made a delivery a saturday 9 january and I'm waiting for his arrival at this moment. I spended so much time asquing for delivery, looking solutions in mi bank an in this company.
I put 2 star because customer service given me a solution, but in my opinion with a delay bethen e-mails. The answers are correct and polyte. but I spend more time with this. I use e-comerce because I don't have more time to go at shops, this will be easy, not painful.”
“Geschmacklich wie immer super (nur das neue Mango gefällt mir persönlich nicht so gut). Die "Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake Wake up" sind mit Milch extrem empfehlenswert!! Für "plenny shake sport" würde ich mir für die Zukunft noch mehr Geschmacksvielfalt wünschen (derzeit leider nur Banane).
Die von manchen Personen kritisierte lange Lieferzeit wurde aus meiner Sicht verbessert: vor ein paar Monaten musste ich noch knappe zwei Wochen auf meine Bestellung warten (was für mich nicht wirklich ein Problem war, da man häufig den Verbrauch der Rationen einplanen kann und die Lieferzeit somit berücksichtigt werden kann). Diesmal ist der Versand auch bereits innerhalb von 5 Werktagen erfolgt.”
“Tastes almost neutral, a bit like Brinta. It's neutral enough not to get sick of it after a while, so after trying it for 7 days I've now ordered for a whole month to see if i can keep it up. If I don't get sick of it by the end of the month then I will have found the perfect meal substitute. I'm already really happy that I don't have to do the dishes anymore and that I don't have to cook every morning to get all my fitness related meals ready. So far so good!”
“Possibly due to poor quality control, I received 10 bags of Strawberry which tasted terrible. It's hard to believe anyone sampled or tasted this batch at all... In addition there seems to be no tracking of which products (from which batch) are sent to which customer, so there is no way to do a product recall.
I will still give three stars due to excellent customer service after my complaint, and due to the fact that I've only had this problem once.”
