“I haven't tried out any of the competitors so I may lack a reference, but I'm overall satisfied with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. It's very useful when I don't want to or don't have the time to prepare an entire meal. It's also an easy way to balance my diet a little more (or at least give me that impression). One meal (a third of a bag) definitely feels sufficiently filling. I think there could be more flavours and I'm not a fan of the strawberry one, which tastes nothing like strawberries.
One downside is that it can make you even lazier. So I'll probably order more again, but use it with more reserve.”

Measuring out the required amounts of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake powder and water is a bit annoying. The provided measurement beaker and shaker have very thin, hard-to-read lines, and the line intervals are not related to the required 35g powder / 100ml water at all.”

The Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is perfect for me. As a student I have been looking for a solution which could both give me the daily supply of much needed vitamins, proteins and minerals. I use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake only as a lunch (sometimes also breakfast) solution thinking that I is easy to take with me and is packed with a bit more than the boring Norwegian slices of bread and brown cheese ;)
I would love to see some scientific “proof” or tests of the human body and its capability to handle this type of alternative source of nutrition though.

“I bought Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to use it at University, when I don't have time for a normal lunch and I am forced to bring with me the lunch for all the day. I bought vanilla, chocolate and banana flavours. Vannilla is very good, I like also chocolate flavour and... Next week, I'll try the banana one!
The only problem is... the people. Nobody (except a friend of mine that bought a pack of vanilla flavour) understand my choice of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake... But, who cares? :D

“It saves a lot of time spent buying groceries, preparing food and doing the dishes. Even though no long term study on food replacements like this have been done yet, every credible source I've found says it's healthy. It certainly beats having to manage everything you eat in order to get the correct amount of nutrients.
I've tried one other food replacement (not sure if I'm allowed to name it), and I found that Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake tastes better. Banana Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake actually tastes like banana :D The only flavour I didn't really like was mango, which is weird cause mango is my favourite fruit. The texture is also better than the competitor. The only downside is that the amount of fibre is not as high as I'd like, but that's just a personal preference.”
