“I have finished my first order where I tried the banana, strawberry, mango, chai and neutral powders. The fruit flavours were really nice and did not taste too sweet. They actually tasted like the fruit flavours they advertise. I enjoy blending the flavours together, mango banana was tasty. The neutral tasted like oatmeal so I put a bit of honey in it or had it plain. It was also good to mix with the other flavours if you want something slightly more muted. The only flavour that wasn't super great was the chai... I think if it was advertised as cinnamon bun or something, then it would be great... It didn't taste like chai at all.
I was always satiated when having a shake. I make them the night before and sip it slowly on my walk to school. It would last through 2.5 hours of dance classes before needing a snack.”
“I like the tastes of Plenny Shake, and its very well as a replacement of regular food. However getting into the dosing was initially cumbersome: there‘s a mismatch of recommended ø 2'400 kcal for an adult vs. Jimmy Joy‘s calculated 2'000/2'100 kcal a day. I had to recalculate, based on this, away from the 95g per spoon. Also the provided dosage spoon doesn’t work for me, it spoils too much powder, so I had to figure out how to dosage my grams-per-meal dosing using a regular spoon.”
“Much better than grabbing a casual something in the nearest bar!
It gives me a pause in the office workday whenever I feel like enjoying a calm and quiet meal. Airpods in my ears, my favourite podcast playing and Plenny Shake to sip ;-)”
“I really like the taste of the new formula, and it doesn't make you feel bloated like the very first Joylent and Soylent types. Overall, It I think it's as good as it gets.”
“Plenny Shakes make a great, easy and healthy food! Especially when you are in a hurry, it is really useful for a fast and tasty breakfast.
Furthermore they are a great cure for a hangover, too!
Would like to try out a salty and savoury flavour as well”
