first to all, I'm happy with the purchase:)
What could have been done better (IMHO). The 15th of Dec I received an email telling that the vanilla flavour was over, so the shipment would have been delayed for a couple of days. Since I was not going to be home for the new delivery date, I asked if the shipment could have been postponed in January and I got a positive answer. However, I received the shipment a week ago and no email telling that it was sent. (How I succeeded to pick the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake box to the post office even if I was not home, it's another story! :))
The final message is: I understand that running out of a flavour is a rare situation, but if you commit to postpone the shipment, and then realize that the package has been already sent, just sent another email to let me know.
