Everything went nice and smooth. Delivery was very fast (less than 2 weeks) and the product itself feels great. There's just one thing, it'd be great to have a mark on the shaker stating the 173g. powder mark.

A friend of mine recommended the shakes and he's been using them for at least 4 months. He was so enthusiastic about Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake that I decided to try it myself. The website looks clear and is user friendly. What I miss is a bit more detailed history about the product, how it's made and why exactly all these vitamins and other things in the form of a shake are good/bad for you. I chose the chocolate flavoured shake. Unfortunately the shipping company messed up, so it took me 3 weeks until I got the package. Isabel, one of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's employees, helped me very well and we had a couple of pleasant conversations. Then finally the package arrived and I felt really excited! The bags look beautiful and are well designed to keep the product fresh. The shaker looks great and doesn't leak. It's very solid and it tells you how much powder and how much water you need per shake. The taste is a bit boring, too subtle for me but not unpleasant. The after taste is good. I personally alter the taste of the shake by using cacao powder or orange juice to vary a bit. I have to admit it's really easy to use. I'm not using it as a substitute for every meal, but mostly for the moments when I have no time to cook or make a sandwich. You drink it in no time and continue your work. After drinking the shake I'm not feeling hungry for a couple of hours. However, I would not take 3 shakes a day since I love regular food too much. I would definitely recommend Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as a supplementary meal! It's fun, easy and convenient :D

The business idea is excellent. The food of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is good, at least the vanilla flavor for vegans that is the type of food that I have bought until now. Surely I will buy more food of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake before long. Something important: I would like to see in the website of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake the CV of the experts that have designed this food.

During work I never have a proper lunch. It’s either too short and I’m stuffing my sandwich in my mouth, to expensive to get something proper and healthy, or too bad for you, think a ‘Patatje Oorlog’. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake eliminates all these problems so I never have to worry about it anymore. Awesome!

I eat (drink?) Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake on 2 occasions: -While trekking/backpacking. This is very light and easy to pack and prepare. Plus you can have it on the go if you're late. Haven't tried to take only Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake on a several days trek, but will do soon. -To replace frozen pizzas or other prepared meals when I'm home and don't want/have time to cook. It's faster, easier and healthier. I don't give a five star rating because the packaging makes it hard to pour in the shaker, and the vanilla and banana flavors don't taste very natural. I only buy chocolate flavor now. Some tweaks I've used (and liked) to vary a bit: -With banana flavour: mix with a banana in a blender. (Would probably work with other fruit flavor/ fresh fruit combinations) -With chocolate flavour : add instant cocoa powder -With vanilla or chocolate : add instant coffee for a more breakfast-y meal, and/or hot water for a warm meal

I love the regular Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, have written a lengthy first impression review and will write another one after a few months of use. Now I thought plenny shake sport should be even better, it's practically the same price per kcal and I has the useful addition of creatine (so I wouldn't have to take it separately every morning) and the, according to examine.com, probably useful addition of L-carnitine, glucosamine and beta alanine. I ordered 30 bags / 90 meals of plenny shake sport in addition to the now 60 bags of regular Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and am now about halfway through them. Well, unfortunately there's a couple of problems: 1. It doesn't seem to dissolve quite as well as regular Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, takes longer with my immersion blender to get all clumps out and with the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake shaker bottle, it's often impossible to get all clumps out, or maybe some powder just sticks in the corner even with very vigorous shaking. 2. Sometimes, I feel slightly nauseous after drinking an 860 kcal meal of plenny shake sport, that never happens with regular Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I don't know what causes it. 3. This sometimes makes me slightly averse to drinking the next meal on time, which is compounded by the fact that there's only banana flavour available for plenny shake sport right now, multiple flavours certainly would help in that regard. 4. I weigh every package of plenny shake sport before using it, and it never has the advertised 660 g (+ ca. 10 g packaging). It's always between 620-640 g of content, so around 210 g per meal instead of 220 g. I don't know if the ingredients are missing proportionately or if it still has the kcal it should. Maybe it should have 630 g and the label online is just wrong. 5. To build on that, the packaging has no correct labeling, just a sticker that points to the correct ingredients at Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.eu. 6. One meal of plenny shake sport is just a bit much for the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake shaker bottle, I usually have to drink a bit and refill some water, otherwise it's too thick, especially in combination with the seemingly reduced solubility. Unrelated to these problems: The protein content with 175 g per 2600 kcal is almost certainly a bit on the high side, unless you're cutting and 2600 kcal really is all or almost all the calories you need. When cutting, recommendations in the literature are sometimes as high as 3 g of protein per kg of lean body mass and per day, but in a hypercaloric diet (bulking), they're usually much lower to the tune of 0,8 g to 1,8 g per kg of body mass per day. So I would recommend plenny shake sport primarily for someone cutting with a TDEE of around 2600-3000 kcal, not for bulking and certainly not for people that need a lot more calories, because you'll certainly pick up more protein alongside.
