And it can, it is weird how some spoons of powder mixed with water can make you feel full, but it does.
As for the tastes, they also tasted as as expected. I tried all the tastes, before the Mango taste was available. It isn't "good", but it isn't "bad" either. It is tolerable, and definitely something you could grow accustomed to eating for breakfast, lunch and evening food. I will replace quite a lot of my dinners with this as well, but I can see how some will not manage to do so. You do wan't som "real" food as well, for the taste at least.
So basically, this is working as I thought it would be, something that will replace all the booring food I normally eat anyway, but I will always find time to eat and make good food from time to time.”

Couldn't handle the 100%Food consistency, but Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is just about perfect! Finished off my package of vanilla, starting mango today!”
