“I have been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a short time but I can say it is an ok replacement for a meal. I bought it chocolate flavored and it tastes decent too.
However, it should be easier to use. The instructions say to take "3 spoonfuls" of product that, to my experience are FAR LESS than the needed 175gr. The shaker should clearly idicate the level you should reach when you put 175gr in. Instead, the shaker is graduated for water only (but water has to be added AFTER the powder, not befor). In short: they should add a proper spoon to measue the product.”
