“I have Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for lunch most days. It's easy to prepare, and tastes good whether I prepare in advance or when I have it. It has an interesting textured quality, which might feel a little odd compared to milkshakes, but my friends all enjoy the taste.
After my first shake I didn't feel hungry, but I didn't feel full. Second time I chewed gum for a couple of minutes after, and felt full! I'm sure anything else to chew would also work.
I also prefer to have around 1/2 - 3/4 of the shake for a meal, and then drink the rest when starting to feel hungry again.
I would also really recommend this to anyone who needs to fit in sport with a busy routine. I can fit in food two hours before training, no matter what I'm up to, and even if I finish training at 9pm, I can eat within 5 min of getting home!
With all the extra time I've got from Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, I'll definitely be staying with it!”

“I've been intrigued by the concept of liquid meals for quite a while so I finally decided to buy 10 bags of plenny shake sport by way of experiment.
I initially only planned to eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for breakfast, as in my experience this is the hardest meal to get "right". However, I liked the taste and the texture so much that I ended up starting to eat it for lunch and dinner too (didn't even go grocery shopping for the last two weeks). The product is not at all what I expected. Instead of an extremely bland or extremely sweet liquid, I got a very nice, natural tasting oatmealish substance, with lots of texture. The instructions are a bit confusing though, as it is impossible to get 220 grams of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and 500ml of water into the shaker that was included (or am I doing something wrong?).
In any case, I burned through my Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake stash pretty quick, so I ordered an extra 30 bags (20 sport and 10 normal). On the website it said that it would take one day + delivery time to get the order to me (in Belgium). However, I've been waiting three days now, and the order is still listed as "queud for packaging". I'm a bit dissapointed about that bit of misinformation, as I was really counting on getting the order today at the latest. It would have been nice to get an update on the fact that the order has been delayed, as this causes some practical problems for me.
In any case, if this order arrives within a reasonable timeframe, I will without a doubt keep buying the product.”

“I have been 'eating' Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for breakfast and dinner 90% of the time for the last three weeks. I feel just great. It's not just the convenience of not cooking, but also not shopping or washing dishes. A huge time saver. As a side effect of shopping less I hardly buy any snacks. The only things that bothers me a bit is that there are artificial sweeteners. Please just get rid of them as I don't believe these are beneficial for my health. If I want to add sweetness I can add stevia or honey.”
