Some of the ingridients (e.g. magnesium) are contained as 100% of daily dose per meal. That basically means that you will eat 300% of them per day if you consume 3 meals. Still not bad for a everyday single-meal replacement

Sometimes I forget eating. So I ordered Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. Every day I'm drinking a shake for getting some extra kcal. Taste is okay, I mostly like chocolate and strawberry. Would recommend. Will order again!

It is healthier than other quick-to-eat stuff and very easy to prepare, so it is really convenient, specially in busy days. Also, you have a good energy level during many hours. It feels good!

My 30 bag order of regular Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (mixed banana, strawberry, chocolade, vanilla) arrived yesterday, only two days after ordering, which was really damn surprisingly fast given they had to ship it across a border too. The packaging is very solid and practical, I love the design and practicability of the single bags: They can be sort of zipped open and re-closed airtight. The taste is also surprisingly good. It's the first the well known American competitor I've tasted, but I've researched diy the well known American competitor and the commercially available variants for several weeks before buying, and I expected a bland or maybe even hard to get down blend for the first sips before getting used to, as was reported mostly for other formulas. I've tried all available flavours now, my wife and kids tasted them as well, and Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is really tasty. We like banana the best, but every flavour is quite gustable. I'm very critical of food and have a very fine taste and sense of smell, and I couldn't find any disturbing secondary or aftertastes. Oat is dominant, which is why it reminds of muesli or rolled oats the most, it has a very fine, thick, creamy, just a bit gritty texture, the flavouring is pleasant, but discreet (so I'm not worried of being fed up with it in a while). There is almost no aftertaste at all. It dissolves quite readily in cold water. I didn't receive the free promotion shaker bottle (they offered to make good on sending it, preferably with my next order, but not more), so I can't comment on that, but using an immersion blender, it's very homogenous. Just stirring it with a spoon on the other hand doesn't quite suffice, some clumps don't dissolve that way. After sitting for a few minutes, a fine sediment of mostly oatmeal (judging by the taste and chewiness) forms, which can be gotten into suspension again just by swirling the glass around a bit. I had no problem drinking down one meal in just a minute, but my caloric needs are around 4000 kcal and I'm trying to gain a bit more weight at the moment, so I'm used to eating 4000-5000 kcal a day. One Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake meal of around 700 kcal kept me full for 3-4 hours, which is around the same time my usual morning muesli (oats / nuts / fruit / whole milk) of 1000 kcal keeps me full, so Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is very filling. All in all, an excellent experience from shipping, packaging to taste and fullness. There's the hair in the soup with the still missing shaker bottle, and I found a literal short blonde hair in my first package of banana Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt and review it as 5 stars for now :)
