“3 minutes and the meal is ready. I usually get a normal breakfast and then go for 900ml of milk and six scoops of the shake. Lasts for the entire day and I haven't used up the full bag by far. I'm pretty sure one could forego a standard breakfast and eat just Plenny, though I would recommend using milk for the additional kick.
So far I'm satisfied (Mango and Banana are my favs). Chocolate, best made with plain mix and own cocoa. Other tastes are not really my thing.
While it's floury, additional water/liquid helps alleviate that and offsets the taste if it's too strong for you”
