“That's it. It cannot substitute real food, it's a last-resort meal not suitable for regular consumption.
First of all it's boring and if you want your every meal to taste and feel the same and predictable day by day, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is ideal for you. It has technical advantages of course, but still, it's damn boring.
The second thing is while it's advertised as equivalent to a daily dose of nutrients I highly doubt if it can replace "one apple a day". It's probably only better than your regular diet if you already it shit food. I don't see any way for Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to replace fresh bread, butter, tomatos or whatever kind of food I prepare for myself.
The third and last complaint from me is that Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake causes ridiculous flatulence and turns an otherwise healthy person into a bomb-fart machine. That does not feel good.
One good thing to end the review: it's good for biking. I shoved half a bag of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake into one meal before cycling training and that real works as a quick and easy energy source. But hey, how many people out there burn half of a recommended daily calorie supply within 4 hours or so? If so, why not just eat blended outmeal?
Anyways, as someone mentioned on Reddit, iF you eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake literally every day: "GF better develops a positive attitude towards farts". I'm out of this business.”
“I am really enthusiastic about Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. It tastes nice (some tastes better than others obviously) and contains many nutrient. Now, I was a bit skeptical about the absorption rate of those nutrients, mixing them all up like that. There is no easy answer I guess, but I'm sure that the answer will, regardless, be that Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is nutritious stuff. Recommended!”
“Food has become a labour for me since I for health reasons had to go without dairy (among a bunch of other random difficult to digest things I must avoid). Finally with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake when I'm having a bad day and food is frustrating me I know exactly what to turn to!”
“I recently relocated and I’m anxiously awaiting my next Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake parcel. It would be awesome if there was less delay between clicking the “buy” button and receiving the stuff. I think that the monthly subscription feature is a step to the right direction.”
