“I feel dizzy when I get hungry and get low blood sugar so when my blood sugar level is low I have to eat something real quick and I always don't have time to wait for the food to be done. But with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake it's great. Whenever my blood sugar is low I just make a shake. It makes you full and restore your blood sugar in a instant and it releases energy slowly. I still eat food while using it but it's a good substitute.
Out of 4 flavors, I used to have little confidence in vanilla flavor but it actually is the best. My guess is they use natural vanilla essence instead of artificial stuff cuz you can see smashed vanilla seeds(?) in them. Chocolate flavor is good but not strong enough for me. Strawberry and banana flavors are your average fruit flavors would taste like.

the powder is too thick and it's hard to shake correctely and the sensation of hunger it's pretty hard after driking the regular dosage, maybe you should enhance the calorics value of the solution ;)”
