“I really like this stuff, and will definitely be getting some more. Some of the flavours are better than others - I tried them all and liked vanilla and banana best. I found that the mixture went a bit weird if left for a while - mixing and leaving overnight resulted in a much less tasty thing than if I drank it immediately after mixing.”

“Having used a lot of supplements/different brands of protein shakes, i was expecting this to be my new staple. i was wrong. The packet says use 3.5 scoops per serving....but how are we meant to know what 3.5 scoops is if it doesnt come with a scoop?!? Also for some strange reason i felt weaker in the gym using this. i know this is not a protein supp but i expected to have a bit more energy with the extra calories. Finally, i seemed to get a mild headache every night after using the supp. Maybe due to my serving size or the fact that the supp doesnt work for me. The only positive i can say it yes, it does fill you up for a bit but having it more than once a day caused too many problems for me. sold the rest of my pack to others who seemed to like it so sadly i wont be using this anymore”
