“I drink Plenny Shake in the morning and in the evening. It lasts about 4 hours and the different tastes bring variety. Luckily I have no problems with the digestion. I can recommend Plenny Shake.”
“I enjoy the drink a lot and usually eat/drink between 2-4 meals every single day, skipping meals in the evening so we can share homemade cooking with my significant other. I like the macronutrient balance in the drink and feel like I can just add more high quality oil (since I have a history of not giving my body enough fats, I often add up to 18ml of my favourite oil, which also makes it even smoother) or some pea/rice protein powder (doesn't happen unless I'm doing something really rigorous in the gym) whenever I feel I need some. The flavours: I tend to enjoy chocolate, vanilla and coffee flavours the most, even though I wish the coffee had a stronger coffee taste. I sometimes also add cooking cocoa powder to the vanilla one when I'm feeling chocolatey as they work great together. Banana and strawberry aren't my favourites, but some of my friends really love them. Finally mango is my least favourite, but I'll take it when I have nothing left. :)
Something we really, really wish you had is "savoury" flavours - I usually find myself craving for something like a tomato Plenny. ๐ I just get tired of sweetness every now and then and wish I had a more saline Plenny on hand. Maybe we'll start experimenting with the non-flavoured one.
