“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake Vegan is filling and tastes good (though I’ve only tasted the chocolate flavour yet). It has too many calories for my size, though. I have to take less of it in order to not gain weight, and then I don’t get enough of micronutrients. There should be some kind of a small vegan women version. :)”
