“Great meal plan i use 2 portions a day with some fruits helps me a lot in not snacking. I use the normal one without flavour. I would love to try some flavoura but i really dislike stevia its bitter to me. I hope there is gonna be a alternative in the near future ?”

I tried this as an experiment, but it happened to be at a very weird timing. Just as I started consuming it, I went through a divorce. As it often happens, One has trouble consuming food at those moments in life. But (then) joylent was so fast and easy to make/consume, I didn’t go into a downwards spiral of health. Quite the opposite. During my marriage I had gained some 25kg of fat. 15 of them just went away in 6 months, without any workout. That was half a year of eating mostly this and rarely anything else. Overall I lost around 20kg in 1.5 years, most of it being when I ate jimmy joy (joylent). Right now I’m having it as every 2nd meal and I go to gym 5 days a week. I’m on my way to being f**ing jacked, I see progress every week, and I feel amazing. I know this isn’t advertised as a weight loss product, but weightloss starts with a balanced food, so there you go.
The hardest part is the first two weeks on jimmy joy, because your jaw is begging to chew somethi g, to grind some of that sweet fiber.
And plenny shake, it is just perfect way to save time. <3”
