About the customer care, i received 1 bag less, advised and never got to get it shipped, so in addition to not being happy with the product, I payed 6 bags and received 5. Embarassing. I dont recommend Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, at all.”
“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is an alright product, but it's different, unusual and weird. I couldn't really grasp the concept of leaving regular food behind. The consistency is somewhat gritty and floury, though the flavour is definitely not bad. I tried several things to make it more enjoyable and most of all, desireable. Since it doesn't blend perfectly, I figured out it worked best to use a blender and leaving it in the fridge over night. Vanilla flavour with milk instead of water is great!
However, it took little over a month before I got the package. I also received an unexpected bill from the customs some time after, in which I had to pay an additional 100€ (overall, I paid 250€ - in case others might be unaware, I live in Norway.)
Though, 2.77€ per meal isn't all too bad.
Customer service is excellent. I contacted support about the package and I rapidly received answer from a nice and witty female. I don't know if delivery has changed and essentially become quicker, if so I would purchase more!
