“Mi corta experiencia con Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, pues solo lo llevo tomando una semana es muy positiva.
La primera es la comodidad de la preparación en el que el ahorro de tiempo es inmejorable sabiendo además que estás tomando todo lo que tu cuerpo necesita.
La segunda el ahorro que el producto en sí produce, pues si compras para un mes cada comida te sale por menos de dos euros.
La tercera es que como viene muy bien envasada no tienes que preocuparte como en los productos alimentarios perecederos en su caducidad, pues no necesita frío.
Como nota negativa le pondría que el sabor de la versión de chocolate no me es muy gustosa que digamos, tengo entendido que la mejor es la de vainilla y la de plátano, aunque como todo será cuestión de gustos.

the only complain i have now is that there was no scoop and im using an scale to do the 173 g ( I did mark the scoop check box)

“One of my main concerns about Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake was whether it would keep me fed or not, but it actually does for several hours. The flavors could be better and are too subtle imho. I did not receive the measuring cup, even though I checked the box for it, which makes the dosage is a bit hard to measure as it's printed in weight and not volume. This is easily calculated, but it would be easier to have it directly in the instructions. Delivery time could be better.”
“I really like the product, it gives you a long time before you need food/energy again. It tastes good to me and drinking it gives a strong satisfaction, both it tastes good and you know you get superb carbs, protien and fats.
I can not find a lot of research or government reports on its safety. Hope it is safe, but on the point of vitamins and minerals there is totally no certainty. The ingridients are safe themself, but combined and in the doses it is unsure. Als no way to find out what claims are corret on to high levels of omega fats and lead.
So while it is a risk and therefor I also would not recomment a total switch, I like the product.”
