“I am learning to love it. You do not eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for its taste, eat good food for that. First time i prepared it i put not enough water so the consistency was too dense and grainy. The other preparations had more water so it was enjoyable, kind of a juice but with all nutrients, i love this. I started just some days ago so i can not really say anything about the long term results but i can say i felt satiated and never heavy, i love this.”

“I am liking this product very much. I'm a person which is always hungry! I Need about 3500 - 4500 kcal/ day and i have not the Time to cook all the day. Now when i am hungry i can mix a shake in a short time between my normal meals! It is realy amazing how much power give Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to you!!
