“Tomo Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake desde marzo de 2015, soy varón y mido 1,86m, pesaba 99kg, los primero cuatro meses me alimente solo de Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake y baje hasta los 84kg, solo perdiendo grasa, sin perder masa muscular, es más, creo que estoy más tonificado a pesar de que no tengo tiempo para hacer gimnasia, ahora lo sigo tomando pero no tan estrictamente, hago una comida por día (de las normales) y si hay algo dulce para comer como helado, o algún dulce casero que cocine mi mujer no me lo prohíbo, e igual no subo de peso, oscilo entre 83 y 84kg.
A los 3 meces de empezar me hice los análisis de sangre, aunque no tenía mucho colesterol de 160 me bajó a 130, y lo demás me salió todo bien.

“I've recently switched over to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for most of my meals and it's been great so far. Fills you right up and I haven't missed real food once since I made the switch. The taste is bland as you might expect, but I've never been a huge foodie to begin with so I don't mind that much. If you do want to give your shake a bit more flavour, put a normal quantity of powder and water in a blender together with some fruit. I especially like raspberries in the chocolate Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and strawberries in the banana and strawberry Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.”
