“Been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for months now and got very used to having it for breakfast and sometimes lunch. It's the only way I can get the fibres and protein in sufficient quantity. While it may seem a little bland at times one gets used to it and it makes for a good addition in a standard diet.”
“Recently I've been really busy with work and different projects, so after a friend gave me a bag of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to try and liking it I went and ordered 30 bags.
And I love it! It's tasty and I even crave it sometimes. Most importantly, it makes me feel full and energized and gives me energy to complete my workouts at the end of the day. It's a huge help in eating adequately when I don't have time and makes my life at the moment considerably easier.

les produits affichés correspondent à ce qu'on attend.
les goûts ne sont pas trop prononcés, ce qui est une qualité, car pas écœurants.
très légèrement sucrés par la maltodextrine, ils me conviennent.
je n'utilise jamais je Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake 3 fois par jour, mais pour le repas du midi.
il permet de tenir facilement jusqu'au repas du soir, il remplit donc son rôle.
j'ai mis 3 étoiles pour quelques raisons qui me chagrinent :
1 - nous n'avons aucuns renseignements sur la provenance des produits utilisés, de leur qualité de fabrication.
(par exemple, la maltodextrine, quel procédé utilisé ?, quel DE ? Quel indice glycémique du repas... etc)
sans ces informations, je ne serai pas prêt à prendre plus d'un repas par jour de Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, ensuite, c'est à voir..
2 - le site n'est pas traduit encore dans d'autres langues que l'anglais, peut être est ce à venir, mais pour l'instant, non, et si dans l'équipe "Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake" beaucoup parlent des langues étrangères, aucun ne parlent la mienne, de sorte qu'il y a peu de chance qu'il soit traduit en français.
3 - l’expédition n'est pas indiquée à la commande et dépend des époques, cela pouvant prendre plus ou moins de temps avec l'envoi.
une fois pris par la post, c'est rapide.
surement un problème de réglage, je ne sais pas.

tastes are not too pronounced, which is a quality, because not disgusting.
slightly sweet with maltodextrin, they suit me.
I never use I Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake 3 times a day, but for lunch.
it can easily hold until the evening meal, it fulfills its role.
I put 3 stars for some reasons that grieve me:
1 - we have no information on the origin of the products used, their manufacturing quality.
(eg maltodextrin, any method used?, what ED? What glycemic index of the meal ... etc)
without this information, I will not be willing to take more than one meal a day Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake then this is a must see ..
2 - the site has not yet been translated into other languages than English, is what may be coming, but for now, no, and if the team "Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake" many speak foreign languages, none speak mine, so there is unlikely to translate it into French.
3 - shipping is not indicated for the control and depends on the times, it may take more or less time with the shipment.

“Hi, I bought 15 meals to try Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I go to the gym at lunch times and this product provides all I need for after workout drink (I am only using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as a substitute for my lunch in the office). I feel more awake after having this as a lunch than regular sandwich or whatever I took from my house. It is just 2 weeks since I bought it, and one since I started to used it as after workout drink but I might say that I am very happy.
Tried warm (chocolate) and cold (vanilla).
If you are looking for a product to lose weight, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are in 4/5 days of gym and doing proper cardio, as it has a high amount of carbs, but If what you are looking for is to save time, be more energetic and save money then this is a good product.
As a reference to workouts (usually something that I miss in reviews about products like this), I would say that my energy levels are increasing, usually after 2 days of workouts I was really tired and needed a day to rest, now I can go 4/5 days straight doing heavy lifting and cardio (HIITT 2 days plus 3 days of mid-pace run) and others two days I do active recovery, long walks or some freelatics.”
“I've bought my second large batch of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (30 bag orders) which I have instead of breakfast and lunch. Having something more substantial for supper most days. It's really tasty and I find it's a great way to make sure that you're having a balanced meal instead of eating something less healthy to fill you up.
The only thing I would recommend is that sometimes the flavours are a little hit and miss and I'd love to see some more. Like many, I really didn't like the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake green, which is a shame because an apple version would be yummy. Also, I'm less of a fan of the chocolate because it's a little bland in comparison to the others. The new mango flavour is fantastic, however. I really hope to see a cherry flavour some time.”
