Plenny Shake v3.0 Banaan Reviews

4.5 Rating 12,312 Reviews
I've been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a while now and it has changed a few things for me. I actually eat breakfast now which is something I never did before. I also eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for lunch at work, a lot better than eating dry bread or cooking lunch the night before. I have an intolerance towards milk but with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I still get calcium and all the other nutrients I need. Sure, I still love real food but I when eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I never get any stomach ache. I just have a general feeling of well being.

Even though I love cooking, the aftermath of this time-consuming activity (having to do the dishes) is too much of a hassle for me to handle every day ; therefore, I'd usually eat junk food (because of its simplicity), which, obviously, isn't healthy at all. Moreover, as a student, managing time has always been an everyday issue. And then there was Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake : although I was skeptical about eating "raw" vitamins and nutriments, I must admit the experience has proved to be quite successful. + the taste is good, but the texture might not please everyone (I don't personally mind it, but a friend of mine couldn't bear drinking Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake because of this grainy texture) + it's cheap (more expensive than noodles, but you can't possibly find a healthy meal that cheap otherwise) + it's efficient ("cooking" a meal = 3 minutes, no need to do the groceries) - sweet flavours only (tomato-flavoured Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake maybe ?) - not a lot of info on the ingredients' origin, may contain GMOs ? - a few days required for the stomach to fully adapt to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (but after that, no particular issue on my side) Try it, and see if you like it.

I really like Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake! I especially like to drink it for breakfast on my way to work. The tastes is not bad, but i couldn't eat it 3 meals a day. The flavors are good but not so much distinguishable that you might want. You always know which flavor you are drinking but its just a hint of that. The generat taste is a bit like peanut butter. I will definetly but it again!

Let's cut it. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is not for foody. The taste is not sensational but that definitively good enough to consider as a healthy way to replace few meals per week. I replace my working days' breakfast with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (5 meals per week). Definitely healthier than the traditionnal French breakfast more convenient too and I'm not hungry at 11am anymore. The worst part, my wife and friends see me as a weirdo... I can cope with it ! Try it. Regards, Clément

I ordered the smallest package (30 meal) to test, and was pleased with it. The taste is ok. Not disgusting after the meal, so that I enjoy the next. I didn't try eating them regularly, only 3-4 times a week for now, so I cannot say it brings me lots of benefits and how I would feel if I drank it regularly, but anyway I really do feel good the day following the meals, and with no digestion problem. A very good product.

I have been "eating" Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a week or so because I don't have time to cook a meal due to work hours. I must say this is exactly what I needed and it's been great so far. The only downside I can think of is the flavor not being very flavor-ish, you barely taste anything. The powder sometimes gets stucked to the throat, but nothing a bit of water can't solve. Overall 10/10 would recommend.
