“Easy, convenient and tasty (yeah really).
When you are not looking for a social meal, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is an awesome meal. I have not gone "all in" for more than 4-5 days, but consume it every day for at least one meal. Usually my breakfast (great for bringing on the morning commute) but 2-3 times a week also as lunch and/or diner.
I would not mind some stronger flavor in the drink, but i guess that is a matter of taste.”
