“I bought Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to get rid of my food angst - to not have to worry about eating enough. It's a great complement to normal food. Even though it contains more or less as much nutrition as an extremely well-balanced diet (given that the body is able to utilize everything from this very powder form), I have a word of caution for those who eat only Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake: the body probably needs variation from the powder, in form of the same nutrients but from other sources, e.g, carbohydrates from rye instead of oat, fibers from other products than those present in the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake mix, and so on. Even though Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is "varied" in itself, it might get monotonous and insufficient in the long run, from a nutritional perspective.
The only thing I object to regarding Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is the, in my view, silly marketing (cf. the swedish brand Oatly). The strawberry and chocolate flavour packages sport ridiculously sexist pictures. There is a berry "king" with moustaches and berry "women" with eyelashes on his sides, a muscular chocolate "man" and a fainting chocolate "woman". The old patriarchal concepts re-branded in a "modern, quirky, self-conscious" bullshit style of marketing. What do you even want to say with this, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake? I'm not laughing, I'm just provoked. Sexualized berries is too much.”

Tip: eerst beetje water in beker doen, dan poeder en weer aanvullen met water. Dan schudden. De eerste keer water voorkomt dat poeder onder in niet mengt.
