“I have been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to replace breakfasts and lunches at work mainly and my initial thoughts is that:
It does not taste great, but it does not taste bad either. I can’t really taste the difference between vanilla and banana however strawberry does taste like real strawberries which is my favourite so far (have not tried chocolate yet)
First time I ate it I felt a bit sick, but after an hour I was fine. Since then it is very simple to consume it, quick and easy. I like it with ice cold water and less water than recommended to make it a bit thicker.
However, when measuring up the powder with the scoop, 3.5 scoops per meal as recommended, I still have plenty left in the bag after three meals. Which means that I am eating less calories than I should. I have figured out that just over 400ml in the shaker is a bout 1/3 of the bag.
Finally, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake does really make you feel full and I have much less sugar cravings while eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.”
“Es la 2ª vez que compro Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, aunque no lo uso como indican ellos, yo simplemente sustituyo el almuerzo con 1 cacito lleno, y unos 200 ml de agua, se queda como 250 ml de batido, y con eso almuerzo, y directamente voy al gym para hacer 1 hora de cardio y 30 minutos de definición.
Desayuno lo que quiero, ceno lo que quiera de forma moderada, entre semanas como alguna porquería como una hamburguesa, y en 1 mes bajé 7.5 kg.”
