“Whiile Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake isn't diet product, it can be used as such. I needed to lose some weight, but didn't want to count calories. By taking Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for breakfast and as diner, I control my calory intake. At the same time, I get all the essential stuff, so I stay healthy. Since I also work out (cardio excercises), I do need some extra energy. For that I use fresh fruit and fruit juice. And sometimes I eat some muesli with low fat yoghurt.
It works perfectly; I already lost a lot of weight and I feel good. Never hungry or queezy.

“Great product, quick and easy to prepare. No weird texture if you shake enough, pretty amazed by the feeling of full stomach after drinking it. About the flavours, I like vanilla, but I didn't tried the others (PS: add some cinnamon if you want more taste). Give it a try, it's really cool!”
“My wife and I are using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as a way of saving time and money, basically. In our job we have to have lunch in restaurants very often and we have little time to go to the supermarket and cook dinners. We can't eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake twice a day for days! But using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake once in a while, specially the busiest days, seemed a good idea.
I would not say that the product is a lovely meal. It's a hunger-killer, and it works in that sense, but I still have to get used to the lack of different flavors and textures in my mouth during a normal meal with food. We've tried the vanilla and banana Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and we slightly prefer banana. I would like to have a non-sweet option, such as vegetable purée, zucchini, mushrooms. Anything like that would do it. My brain connects non-sweet flavors to a real meal and sweet to desserts. I feels weird to eat something sweet and think "this was my lunch."
On a practical level, the product has a good wrapper. The web site, the casual tone, the packaging, etc. Everything so far has been pleasant and efficient at that level.”

“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake has a good taste. With other brands we have experienced when they changed the formula that the quality decreased. This made it difficult to tolerate the shakes. With Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake this isn't the case.
I also like the clear explanation about the relation water/Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. This is very helpful when you want to adjust the amount. I use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake primarily to manage my calorie intake. I take it in the morning and afternoon. At night I consume a normal meal.”
“I tested all the flavours, they're all pretty good even if I have a preference for the vanilla and banana flavours. I'm waiting for the vegan version to test it and hope that maybe one day a gluten free version will be out (I'm not allergic to gluten but I feel better when not eating things with gluten).”
