Not very tasty, mostly oat, but it's okay. Not really cheap.

If you are a busy professional, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake will save your time, and will keep you far away from unhealthy food. Also for traveling is great as it takes very few space in your package. I have used it as a supplement when traveling by bicycle through Spain. Just open, mix with water (I prefer milk) and it's ready to take and keep going on.

In London your options for lunches either cost a fortune and are slow (restaurants), unhealthy (McDonalds), or Pret which gets pretty boring pretty fast. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is the easiest way to keep me full in the working day without any hassle - definitely recommend it (but weekends are definitely for real food!)

Bought some as an experiment few months ago, and liked it so much that I've kept restocking! Ideal to keep some made up in the fridge for a quick meal - tastes delicious (vanilla my personal favourite) and leaves me feeling as satisfied as "normal" food. :-)

The design of the package is not serious. That is a shame. It confuses people when I tell about the concept of basic food. I like the fact that there is almost 0% waste. I miss a neutral "flavor" with no sugar or taste added. Overall I like Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.

excellent product. fast & easy. I would only suggest that not all the people are the same, particularly in weight. Thus not all the people need the same quantity of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a meal: someone more, someone less. You can do better by inserting in the boxes a table of consumption, based on the wheight, the age, the sex and the fitness situation.

Good flavours, texture a little chalky but otherwise nice.

I tried to completely replace all my food with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for a couple of weeks. That wasn't a very pleasant experience - I was quite hungry and gassy all the time. Currently I'm replacing one meal a day with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (dinner), because it saves me a lot of time and money. The taste is okay, not too strong, not too weak (banana is my favorite). It does not dissolve easily and tends to stick to shaker, unless you mix your drink with care. One unexpected advantage of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake - it lets your taste receptors take a vacation, so the next time you go out to enjoy a nice meal, it will taste better than ever before. All in all Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is definitely worth a try :)
