“I've used Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for 2 months to replace about 1/3 of my meals. This is mostly for breakfast and a late evening snack to help myself to keep away from something with more calories. I also find it great to use after exercising. “I love it. I usually have no time to make a dinner or I'm just being lazy, so Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is the perfect solution for me. I also workout so the nutrients really help me out. The reason why I can't give 5 stars is because the taste isn't exactly the best and the taste choices are kind of limited. But I was pretty much expecting that, so definitely wasn't that big of a letdown.”

First multi-flavour 90 meals packet arrived after 5 days (Germany). 7 packs of chocolate flavour were missing.
Second multi-flavour 90 meals packet arrived after ~14 days and was content complete.
Same for packet three.
Taste:
Much like milk shakes. The texture is a bit mealy but I don't mind.
Digestion:
No problems whatsoever. My guts feel even better than they did on a lean meats/vegetable diet.
Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake keeps me reasonable satiated.
Thoughts:
The low glycimec index of oatmeal dratsically rises if it's ground to a powder. Combined with maltodextrin Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake raises insulin levels pretty sharply, which can thwart weight loss efforts.
I do add Psyllium seed husks so the drink gets thicker and keeps me satiated longer.
I also add hydrolyzed collagen for joint support.
After three months of mostly the well known American competitor my weight and body composition remains unchanged. I feel good and will continue to use it.”

A few pointers i hope Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake will take into account.
1. have bags contain 4 meals a day, if you take 1/3 Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (+ water) of a Shake, every 3/4h you need to eat 4 times a day if you replace most of your food intake with the shakes(tough i recommend having at least 1 solid meal a day or ever 2 days)
2. Have a monthly supply option/discount for long therm orders/loyal customers
Tip to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake users: if you get Tired of the taste and you need a change add your training protein to the mix have 2/3 of what you normally use of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and add 1/3 of your protine powder. i had great success with strawberry Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and chocolate protein powder.
