“I've been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake on and off for about 9 months now, for me it's a perfect alternative for a 'regular' breakfast in periods of time when I haven't got much time in the morning.
Next to that it makes me feel a little bit healthier, although maybe that's also due to the fact that I otherwise wouldn't eat anything for breakfast.
Also the flavours are pretty nice, even after quite a while I'm still enjoying them, especially banana and Vanilla. :)”
“First off Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake itself is a godsend. From a nutritional perspective it does seem to contain everything you need, including the expensive oils etc. From a convenience perspective it has helped me and the misses cut back from on average two takeout meals a week to no takeout meals.
