“I'm usally taking two of three meals a day with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake: breakfast and dinner.
This is my order of preferences for the flavors:
1. Vanilla
2. Banana
3. Chocolate
4. Strawberry
Of course I like the speed in which I can prepare a meal and be sure that I'm still living healthy. Another plus point is that I don't get cravings for any other food, so it is easy to stay on a diet. I do a lot of sports and with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I feel very enduring.
When you use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, you will see that you need to buy a lot less food at the store, and the amount of waste you produce will be much less. Your kitchen will be quite clean, if you manage to cleanly transport the powder from bag to shaker ;-)”
“I've been using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as a breakfast and lunch replacer for the past 3 weeks, and it's amazing!
