Plenny Shake Banana Reviews

4.5 Rating 12,194 Reviews
As a 7 month old customer eating 2-3 Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake meals a day, this is what I have to say. :) + Healthy, clean, tasty, efficient, cheap (perfect breakfast or lunch for work/school) + Great meal replacement, once a day or more + Easy way to gain or lose weight (you will not feel hungry) + Innovative, frequent improvements, new tastes, etc + Friendly, helpful, quick and informal customer service (not too informal ;) + Website design - Due to slightly above RDI fiber content, 3 meals a day may be too much for some (I do just fine) - Chocolate is tough to shake out, sometimes leaves 3-10 tiny powder lumps (but they taste great) I could not be more pleased with this product and the customer service. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake has gone out of their way to help me and to improve their already great product. Using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is the best decision I ever made in my life when it comes to food. My favorite flavors are banana and chocolate, but all are great, and taste even better after a few times :)

We really liked Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, but after they switched to a different flavour material, I can't drink it anymore, I keep tasting the flavour the whole day, and makes me nauseous after a while. Please add a Natural option so I can add my own erbs/flavour so I can use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake again :)

I like this product a lot. Don't want to repeat all the praises and good points made in other reviews so I'll just point out my concerns. - Lack of a salty variety. After each 2-3 days of living mostly on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I get salty cravings. Potato chips, pretzels, anything. I even tried (successfully) to add a moderate amount of salt into the chocolate Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (anyway my least favourite taste) and that worked. I've seen the voting for the next flavour and I'm a bit disappointed the three winners are all sweet as well. Maybe a tomato flavoured variety? that would go well either sweet or salty. - A lot of carbs. Sure, this is according to RDI, that was the whole point. FDA's RDI might be wrong but that's hasn't been proven yet. Also carbs aren't all bad as long as they're "slow". However, there's no info on the glycemic index of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. That would be very useful to know. I'm even inclined to by my own blood sugar test and check that myself.

I've been eager to try out Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for I while, and I am not disappointed. Great taste. Vanilla and strawberry are by far my favorite ones. The banana is good to and the chocolate is totally fine. Great customer service. Fast replies and very kind to help. 10/10 will buy again!
