“Having wanted to try the well known American competitor for over a year I finally started looking for alternatives and stumbled upon these beautiful people over at Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. As a student my diet has turned to shit, pizza, kebab and curry multiple times a week. I had neither the time nor the energy to spare on cooking "healthy" food and would rather spend my money on more fun stuff anyway. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake tastes nice, is refreshing as hell (especially if you throw some ice in that bad boy) and easy to count those calories to lose that fat I've built up. I've ordered more and will order more after that. I'm not quiting food but I'm only gonna eat super tastey food every once in a while and make Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake my staple. Thank you guys. “I used to have a seriously poor diet. Mostly made up of bread, potatoes, rice, etc. Now I have a perfectly balanced diet due to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and I feel so much better for it. I have more energy, regular bowl movements, better skin, improved libido, just to name a few plus points.

As for the product itself, I'm quite in love with it by now. Flavour is nicely subtle and not something you get sick of quickly. I have to say though, it might take a while for your body to adjust to it. You may want to increase your daily amount slowly, lest you may experience a rather...unfortunate result. And by that I mean that you will essentially turn into a one-man brass orchestra. For about two weeks, I was seriously concerned that the amount of methane I was producing could cause a noticeable effect on global warming. (I'm not intolerant to any of the ingredients btw.) Fortunately, this effect has subsided now and I feel better than ever before. So thumbs up!”
