I have ordered the variety pack each time, using it for a full meal replacement on most days.
I compliment them with fruit and veg most days, as well as protein shake on gym days. I also use semi-skimmed milk with my breakfast ones.
I have noticed huge health improvements, my skin feels nicer, I feel more energetic, regular bowel movements.
