Never hungry in the mornings so I mix this into a shake for an easy calorie boost to start my day, super quick for that reason too. I just wish that shipping was cheaper around the globe, is pretty pricey getting it to Australia”
“Taste of the Plenny Shake is intense. It works best during office work when I can drink all day. I feel sated then, but not full. I recommend cold eating is then tastier. The only downside is that when the drink is standing a long time the larger particles fall to the bottom, but physics will not fool.”
“This is my favorite shake. I love the strawberry and vainilla flavors so much that I have to have one at least once a day. I like adding a little more water than suggested because I prefer more fluid consistencies. The flavor isn't too strong which is also a plus for me.
