This helps me a lot with dieting since you can easily count your macros. I work out 4 days a week (strength training) and these shakes seem to fuel my body pretty good. For now, I replaced my breakfast and lunch with these shakes and only eat diner. But sometimes I only eat these shakes during the day. I love the vegan meal, because my body doesn't really like lactose.

I like the vanilla and chocolate plenny shakes. Every morning is one of it my breakfast, sometimes mixed with a double espresso. Delicious! But also great as lunch at work, when I have no cooked lunch of the day before.

I usually don't have much of an appetite in the morning and these shakes are a good, quick and tasty way of getting my nutrition in the morning. I have tried all flavours and while they were all nice - I prefer chocolate, banana and vanilla the most. Tip: make a chocolate or vanilla shake with a cup of coffee, put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy it in the morning!

Amsterdam taste is okay, although in my opinion a bit too sweet.

This shake has very intense notes of sweet spices. A bit too intense for my taste, but it's not bad. I decided to mix this shake about 1:1 with plenny shake chocolate (or vanilla, but chocolate is nicer) because I found it too sweet/intense otherwise. It does make me want to try a stroopwaffle though :)

For me - didn't enjoy the flavour at all. Probably just a personal preference but much prefer the other flavours. I do like the concept of limited edition flavours though to mix things up and do some market research on what works for people.
