“Smooth tasty shakes as expected, time-saving as advertised (especially for breakfast on the run and lunch break for not only lunch a good thing). It also gets the hunger stopped so there is no frustration like paying for food and still being hungry afterwards. There are only not four stars in this review as I can imagine there is even some better taste out there to explore that doesn't make switching from normal food to plenny that hard it sometimes is.”
“To be honest, the 200mg make such a great combo that I am thinking on adding them to the regular vanilla shake on a mean of pills or as suplement. The coffee flavour is a damn bliss (better than banana or chocolate) but the higher price will be a real concern for me in terms to buy it again.
Apart from the price it is 100% recommended.”
“Having tried the vegan and non-vegan, I've found the vegan is much easier on my stomach. I can't drink milk, so no surprise there. The non-vegan tasted a bit nuttier but both are pleasant. I divi up the portions a bit so I get about 70grms/300calories per "meal" as 500 cals makes me sleepy. This would be the case for normal food so it's no difference. Very happy with the product and aim to keep this going for the year as my work and post work out food supplemented with some high-grade whey protein in my morning porridge! #IMTraining”
