“I like to use this shake to start my day. When I'm in a rush, I just throw 2-3 scoops of the shake into a blender along with handful of fresh or frozen berries and two ripe bananas. It works with water, but tastes better with soy/coconut/almond or rice milk. I sip this delish throughout the day and it keeps me energized until late afternoon! Great thing for busy or lazy people. It also works wonders before trainings. I do bouldering 2-3 times per week and this fuels me throughout the sessions.”
