“I am really surprised by the Plenny Shake, because the shake has a nice consistence and most of them taste really good. (I personally don’t like the strawberry one)
But one thing you may should think about: 400kcal is not a meal. So one package won‘t stay for 5 meals, but it will give you about 2000kcal.”
“I just started with the subscription and it is totally recommendable. They added to the shipment the new larger shaker, and it was a stupendous surprise. It is quite an improvement compared with the older one that I had.
The only 'bad' thing that I have to say is that they haven't change the measuring cup. A size a bit different to have an integer number of measuring cups per bag would be better in my opinion.”
