“I tried Jimmy Joy after my brother's experience and I was positively surprised by two things: 1) I was actually hunger-free for many hours, like with a normal meal (I'm 25 and quite athletic, so I usually eat a lot).
2) I got used to its taste very quickly and at noon I found myself really waiting for "lunch", without feeling any nausea or poor appetite.
In addition to that, I could save a lot of time (and money), making it possible to work one hour more than I would have otherwise.
Just one personal suggestion: I substituted just lunch, maintaining a traditional breakfast and dinner: as a doctor I wouldn't recommend to get rid of fresh fruit and vegetables.”
