“Great product, use it in conjunction with a meal delivery service to quickly fill in meals for days where I'm too busy or tired to cook to achieve a great balance of nutrition and satiation at lower cost. Only issue is had some shipping delays”
“I drink Jimmy Joy for years now, every morning. Thank you for making a good, tasty product. Only 1 request, please redesign the bags in such a way that some of the product is not lost while spilling the it into the shaker.”
“Shipping internationally took three days, just as advertised. The shakes are relatively cheap, easy to make and I like all tastes (except maybe Mango). Unlike other products this one is based on oats, which might be why it does not trouble my digestion.”
“I have been eating/drinking vegan plenty shake for about a week. So far it's good, but the taste is a bit underwhelm. The texture is a bit gritty, but easy to overcome. And I'm a bit concerned over the sugar amount. But I feel full when I drink/eat it. All in all, I like it, and I'm looking forwarding for future edrations”
“I am not pleased with the way my last order was placed/shipped without giving me the email that notifies me beforehand that an order will be processed. If I received this email, I would have delayed the shipment.
Once I found out about the pending shipment via email, I immediately contacted Jimmy Joy (within 5 minutes) to request cancellation of the order. I find it highly incredulous that Jimmy Joy was unable to cancel the order, especially in this day and age of technology whereby a simple cancellation email and/or telephone call to their warehouse could have fulfilled my request.
The only solution from Jimmy Joy that was given to me was to refuse acceptance of the shipment. Unfortunately, that is not possible because I am at work and the delivery companies just leave the package near the mailboxes. I do not have a doorman and there is no physical person present at my building to refuse packages.
For these reasons, I am no longer ordering from Jimmy Joy and will go to 1 of their competitors instead.”
