“Literally as the title says, she has two shakes a day and a meal at night. Is mega healthy and when she runs out eats well but gets ill. Must be something in joylent that keeps her from getting sick as it gives you everything you need. I don’t like any powdery drinks so have the bars, was gutted when banana stopped being made but the new vanilla is actually better and I don’t usually like vanilla.”
“Consistency is thin but all of the flavors taste great and I don't get hungry throughout the day. In order of recommendation: banana, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mango.”
