“They don't taste great, but they're not nearly as bad I thought they'd be. So that's good! I mean, I guess a meal replacement shake is never going to taste great!
I'm currently replacing dinner about 4-5 nights per week with Plenny because I have a selective eating disorder (basically I'm an INSANELY picky eater with a sensitive gag reflex) and its very hard for me to eat healthy as I can't hold down most vegetables. Plenny has been really great in that regard. Helps me to eat a healthy meal most nights, which was nearly impossible before!
