“If you do the 100 g serving it’s about 250 ml of water or around 8 oz but for a more easier to drink I all 300 ml of water. The flavors are good and not overpowering, they don’t taste artificial which is nice and refreshing. Saves me a lot of money in a long run as a bag tends to give me about 5 meals. Over very good and I will buy again.”

“I've been using the vegan version for about 10 months or so. I use vegan because I am lactose intolerant. It tastes good enough to use it 3 times a day and because I am very active and a man, I always eat something else on the day, just to get enough calories. There have been no adverse effects and I have been ill less times in those 10 months than I was in earlier years. It's easy to not gain weight this way, because the jimmy shakes give you a "full" feeling for a long time, something I did not experience with an ordinary sandwich lunch.
