“Nothing but great things about the Plenny shake! I tried a full liquid diet for a while a year ago and that was rough but I got used to the taste and I have to say the best is mixing Banana and Vanilla together! Every other flavor doesn't have as much punch to them, so I only get those now. One note though, if I were to rely on the Plenny Shake for a while, I realize that it becomes easier for me to be inflamed in terms of getting sore throats easily and not feeling too optimal. That is why you need to get your actual fruits and veg in! Don't think of the Plenny Shake as a replacement to food, but instead an occasional rushed meal that you couldn't make in the morning! When I balance my diet with solid and liquid meals, I feel great! Love the product, would do business again.”

But the powder in first, add the water. Turn the mixer upside down and tap it on the bottom until all the powder falls to the water, and shake, repeat if needed and later and water if needed.”
