“I had been subscribed for about a year and absolutely love the product and the portion sizes! There is no other choice in this powdered food scene if you would like to have one meal a day- competitors have strange 5 or 4 meal a day serving sizes that would be a large lifestyle change to work around or you need to buy in bulk.
The shipping has never been an issue for me as a subscriber. I always had Plenny Shake on hand.
There was an error with processing my order around the same time the name changed from Joylent to Jimmy Joy, but this was quickly resolved by customer service and they even threw in a couple free twenny bars which was a really awesome surprise.
As for the on-site/ promotion experience, unfortunately, I miss out on all the deals as a subscriber even though I see them in my inbox. In order for me to take advantage of promotional pricing or flavors, I need to cancel the pending order and replace it which I never did. As a subscriber, I didn't have the benefit of promotions being automatically added to my orders or having a simple button to push inside the email to add the promo. I also wish there was an easier way to change the flavors I receive- if I need to cancel my order to try a limited edition flavor, I run the risk of running out of food while the new order processes and slightly delays the shipping.
I've recently put a hold on my subscription only because I will be trying a keto/low-carb diet, and unfortunately there's no way for me to work Plenny Shake into that equation at this time. Jimmy Joy will definitely have my business again if a low-carb product is released or if I decide that keto is not for me.
Thanks so much for providing me a healthy breakfast every day this past year. And everytime I emailed out with a question I always received a kind response same or next day. Even though I'm leaving for now, I will continue to promote your product and I wish you all the best.
