“This is my first time trying liquid foods, and I’m pleasantly surprised. The shakes don’t make you feel full as if you would eat a meal, but you don’t feel hungry at all which is awesome. It is extremely easy to prepare and the shaker rinses very well, so you can immediately clean-up after use without too much hustle at work. Best flavor for me is chocolate since the fruity ones taste too artificial and in the vanilla one you can taste too much the oatmeal flour (which is basically what it is). My digestive system hasn’t complained and my body reacts as if nothing had happened, which is GOOD. Overall this is a good solution if you are in a rush and you don’t want to eat crappy food instead. I usually cook my meals but the day I don’t have time I take a shake et voilà :D”
