Many Pros, a few cons
Con: Shipment took 15 days to arrive, and I had to send customer service to emails to remind them of my order. Pro: Customer service was good and friendly, they included two pouches of coconut flavor in my shipment as an apology for the delayed delivery. That was kind of them to include bonus pouches, but (Con:) I wish they had asked me for a flavor preference because never in a million years would I order coconut-flavored anything. So I now have two pouches of coconut that I will never use. Pro: so far I've sampled the vanilla flavor, and it's delicious. Will definitely order this flavor every time in the future. I've also tried banana, which is delicious, but (con:) has left me with most unpleasant-scented gas. And I know that gas was the fault of the banana flavor because it's all I had consumed for a day and a half, besides water. Looking forward to trying the chocolate, strawberry, and neutral flavors, hope there's no unpleasant gas afterwards. I wish I had purchased one packet of each flavor first to begin my experience with Jimmy Joy, but I bought 96 servings and now I have to go through all of them, including the banana flavor which leaves me with putrid gas. I wonder if returns are available? Although the banana is delicious, I can't imagine drinking the rest of my banana packets, knowing the unpleasant gaseous results.”
