“I've eaten Jimmyjoy for a while now and overall I'm really with the taste, time savings and the balanced nutrition. To make it even better here are some suggestions, that I would like to see:
- Add a savory flavour (something along the lines of Nano's soup maybe)
- Use bigger bags/containers. Since people have different daily calorie goals and not everyone uses it as their only meal, it doesn't make a lot of sense to ship them in daily bags. It would be better for the environment and it could be easier to use the scoop in a bigger container
- Offer the wakeup shake in a vegan version
- The shaker is nice, but it could be better if it had a more secure locking mechanism. Currently I wouldn't want to put one in a backpack with a laptop in it”
“Ordered online breakfast shake banana (will go for strawberry next time). The delivery was awesome - I initially asked for the parcel to be delivered to my office, and they sent an email saying that they tried to deliver it at 7PM. I wrote them the next morning that the office is closed at that time, so they delivered to my home address on the same day”
“perfect as usual. I recently moved to Amsterdam and was surprised by the speed of delivery: I ordered at 10 in the morning and received my order at 4 in the afternoon - that's speed!
one thing I have to say though: when ordering products for 170 euros, I believe paying another 3,50 for a shaker is excessive, especially given that the lid of my old shaker just broke and there sure is something like warranty. I wrote that as an order comment and just got written "you can shake it baby" on the packing slip as a response. not to funny and not helpful either :D talk customer satisfaction... just saying”
